i learnt so much about hauora like its 4 different things EG: taha tinana,taha hinengara,taha whanau,taha wairua, I enjoyed the physical well being and moving your body

[PE] netball

rules:
its like doge ball but less rules and you cant move with the ball
FOOT WORK:
once the player holds the ball you can not move they must pass or get a goal with in 3 seconds but the defending team must be 0.9 meters away

Starting play:

Play is started with a pass from the center circle. There is a center pass at the beginning of each quarter and half, and after each goal is scored. The teams take turns making the center pass. The person making the center pass must stand in the center circle. The opposing center can stand anywhere in the center third but all other players must stay in the goal thirds until the umpire blows the whistle to start play. The center pass has to be received in the centre third.

[PE] gymnastics

i kinda like gymnastics:

tramp was fun and we had to do flips and i was lots of fun,i need to work on flips though bar was good i like the bar we had to walk across it jump,one foot floor  was not that fun we had to hand stand and the jumping bored was really fun love jumping then getting over the table.
